IDEALABS - Pushing Limits

      I first met Idealabs team at JNTUH, when I was attending a hackathon. It was a 2-day hackathon and as we were new to all the technology and stuff, we weren't able to design our prototype. This is where Idealabs team came in. They helped us in every obstacle we had while designing and implanted us with a lot more information than we can ever learn.

      But, looking at them I was wondering, "How the hell are they working so efficiently even under such stress?" They were explaining things to every single team in that hackathon with full of energy. I asked the question to one of the members of Idealabs. He replied, "Wherever you go, whichever company you work in, you work just to work. Here at Idealabs, we love our work. At first, I wasn't like what I am today. I was just like you, not taking anything seriously. As I got into Idealabs, the environment here helped me realise my strengths and push my limits."

      At first, I thought all those sentences are just random words. But, when I volunteered for one of Idealabs organised events working at their office, I was shocked at the pace I was working at. I worked for about 5 hours continuously even without realising the flow of time. That day, I realised not only having passion is important, but also spreading that passion to all the people you work with is also vital.
     
      Pankaj Diwan Sir runs Idealabs in such a way that everybody's passion and goal of Idealabs team matches his own thoughts so that the company can reach its targets on time.

    I had my first conversation with Idealabs in JNTUH. I really like the way idealabs coordinate with students and also make us to think high and they stand behind us if we are innovative and creative.

Spend Wisely

Spending money is hell lot complicated than what I thought of it in my childhood. Every time I pull out some money from my pocket, I think whether to spend them or not, and I think even more after spending them. Planning to spend those bucks was very hard for me. Lets read a story You with two of your friends who stay at Bangalore planned for a trip to Coorg. You have been planning it for a really long time, but schedules weren't supporting. At last, you three found time for an awesome destination. Three of you started at 5'o clock in the morning. On your car, way to Coorg. Weather was a bit windy, but you three were excited. After travelling one third of the distance, it started drizzling. Halfway point, it is raining now. Three of you have no thought of returning. You will complete this trip at any cost.
