 Irreversible mistakes. Mistakes in Anger This is more of an Add-on to  WEEK-IN #5  with an example. I keep saying that Anger doesn't solve any issues, but even I do breakout once in a while. These thoughts are more of learning to suppress even those situations. One of my friends was doing a task that makes total sense from their end but doesn't make any sense from the situation's end. The Anger is triggered when the person was doing the same thing again and again even after explaining that the very decision isn't going to do any good to anyone. Now, it's common that if a person keeps repeating the same task and you could clearly see that it's not a great decision, and if the person doesn't listen to what you say, you force them to do what's right through Anger. WEEK-IN #5

This whole week had been a roller-coster for me, and here comes the learning from it.  Anger It’s so simple to express compared to all other emotions, and so easy to grow too. But that eats you from inside sub-consciously. By the time you’ve realised it, you would’ve gone way deep into the tragedy.  Of course Anger too is an emotion like any other and suppressing it would not bring forth any good, cause suppressing your Anger is never a choice. That is gonna come  out one way or the other and the more time you keep cooking it inside, larger the devastation the moment it comes out. We all have to Understand it rather than suppressing. Understating is the only way to find the solution to the problem through which the Anger has arrived, and that too isn’t easy at all cause Patience is key. I’ve learnt my patience through reading.
