IMPOSSIBLE is your new goal

Much like any other Engineering student, I used to enjoy my time with friends a lot. Till my 3rd year of Btech, I was kinda "Playing Safe." I would not take any risks in my day to day life. Probably I was good at Mathematics and I used to get a lot of praises from people for my problem-solving skills (in maths). One day, I and my friends thought of attending a Hackathon, where you can convert your Idea of solving a problem into a working prototype. Then, things took a turn in my life. Forget about winning the Hackathon, we weren't even able to build a working prototype. Since then, I've taken multiple challenges, some of which were impossible, and got to know that "Playing Safe" is never going to let you learn new things. In that process, I've come up with two possible ways to achieving the impossible. 1. Target the Highest Everybody tells us to pick up a task which is no-way achievable and start trying it. I didn't even know what Design thinking was before. Ma'am took a two-day workshop on Design thinking. I got two keen inspirations from her. While she was saying about a topic, she asked us whether any of us were long distance runners. Some of them raised hands and I wasn't one of them. I never had any interest in running. But, that day, I thought, "Why shouldn't I start running?" Since then, I started running and kept pushing my limits day by day. After about 4 months, now I can run for about 5 km with ease. I know, for many people 5 is not a big number. But, for me, I used to ...
